Julian’s Recipe Gluten Free Pancakes

I came across these pancakes in Whole Foods the other day and had to try them. I love some pancakes and its always a nice change to not have to make them from scratch. Sadly, I was not that impressed with them. I love all things breakfast but these will definitely not make it on my next breakfast plate.

Taste-wise they were good but texture-wise they were a bit gritty and seemed to fall apart when I tried to eat them. I ended up mushing them together with the syrup just to get them to stay on the fork.

I hear rumor but have not seen in New York or Long Island that Trader Joe’s is putting out a frozen gluten free and dairy free pancake. I am excited to try them and report back. Everything GF and DF from Trader Joe’s has been amazing so far.

Since I can no longer find Van’s Gluten Free Pancakes (there was a problem with them containing allergens), I will have to stick to making my own pancakes. Once I get my flour perfected, I will put it up on my site.

Hi, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam remarks? If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me crazy so any support is very much appreciated.

Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!

WordPress actually filters most of it for me and I go through it when I have time. They also tend to flag good posts too but I have it set to look at all posts and approve each individually. And thanks for sharing me!

I use and love WordPress and have been with them for years. I have used a few others and this seems to work the best for me. The interface is easy, the themes and styles are plentiful and editable, and knowing a bit of Web Design has helped my site too.

Heya, I need to ask you something. Is this site a wordpress blog page? We are thinking about switching our web page from Blogger to wordpress, you think this is achievable? Also did you create this unique theme by yourself some how? Cheers for the assistance!
