O’Bistro – A Surprise Gluten-Free Restaurant

I found this great little restaurant, O’Bistro while I was visiting the health food store, Nature’s Finest Foods, next door. I always thought this place to be a strict sandwich restaurant and therefore passed it up until now. I popped in for a salad and while looking at the menu, I saw a “GF” and a “GFA” next to certain menu items. When I inquired about what it meant, “GF” stood for Gluten Free and “GFA” stood for Gluten Free Adaptable.

I ordered theĀ  All Natural Sirloin Steak and Brie Panini “GFA” which meant that it came without bread which was fine with me. The steak was richy and tasty with just enough brie to mix with the taste. My dad had the Ruben Non “GF” and he said it was exceptional so I assume it would be pretty good without the bread “GFA.”

The food was very good and I would definitely eat here again. There are many options for the Gluten Free and Gluten Eating public alike. I am attaching a file of the menu for everyone to check out. There are some very original food selections.

    Hi,

Just came across this blog entry and it sounds like a great little entry. Our website lists great places to eat/shop/stay gluten free around the world when people are travelling and I was hoping that you may allow me to use this review on the site for future gluten free visitors to FL. I would happily link back to your blog with credit.

    Thanks
